Movement Class
This class features 13 times each week and is designed to improve mobility, strength, and body weight skills. Movements to enhance enjoyment of life and functionality. It's suitable for all levels with our levels/progressions system, with a big focus on higher level performance as the goal. Click button to learn more.

The Elements Class is designed to build general strength, mobility and skills to improve both the function of your body and allow you to perform your best. We all need to stay strong, mobile and adaptable as we age. This class is programmed around full body movement sessions. Giving you the stimulus your mind and body needs to stay vibrant fit and healthy, all while cultivating joy and connection. Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7am-8am.

If you want to learn how to handstand then this is the place to be. Classes are Wed 7am, Wed 6:30pm and Thursday 5:30pm and run for 60 min. Sessions designed to open your hips, shoulders & spine alongside focused drills to help you achieve your free-standing handstand. Progressions for all levels.

How do I get started?
Get started with us by filling out the Fundamentals Session form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule a Fundamentals Session.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly even in the first week. But its important to remember that good things take time.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. Our Community is thriving with Fun workouts each day, open gym play sessions and activities organised outside the gym. Many incredible relationships have been cultivated from TMC
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are in it with you, every owner and teacher at TMC is also practicing movement, we have dedicated many years to this craft and are so excited to share our knowledge with you.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
To be honest I love to move everyday! But a good goal is 3-5 sessions per week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. Reach out if you need support
Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to be fit to join?
Yes ! We only except Professional gymnastics. NAHHH Jokes. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve your movement capacity, and crush your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect community for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
It really depends on the class you come to currently we have Elements, Over 50's, Movement , Rhythm and Flow and Handstands and Stretch. Check out the class descriptions for a full outline of what you will get in our classes and 6 week programming blocks.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health. We have some TMC nutrition program/guidelines if you would like help with this when you become a member.
