Movement Class

The Movement Class at TMC is suitable for all levels with the main goal and focus on higher performance.

The programming is designed around 6 week training block, this enables you to make great progress in the areas of focus, but also keep the body guessing with new stimulus every 6 weeks so you don't stagnate or get bored.

We have 3 classes we rotate through over the 6 weeks

-Bent Arm strength class

-Lower Body class

-Straight arm strength class

Mobility:

  • Middle splits, pancake, front splits, bridge, resting squat

Strength:

  • Chin ups/pull ups, ring dips, muscle up, push up variations, weighted chins, handstand push up, back squat, deadlift, dragon squat, hanging, dragon flag, human flag, split squat, levers, hanging leg raise.

Skills:

  • Handstand, juggling, bo staff, arm balancing, flow /acro, press handstand, shoulder-stand, rolling, bar pull over, ring rolls, glide kip, crawling/locomotion, broad jump, high jump, skipping

Qualities:

  • Adaptability, coordination, strength, resilience, perseverance, patience, focus, awareness, creativity, self belief, problem solving, fluidity, expression, freedom, confidence, joy, playfulness.

How do I get started?
How long does it take to see results?

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly even in the first week.  But its important to remember that good things take time.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. Our Community is thriving with Fun workouts each day, open gym play sessions and activities organised outside the gym. Many incredible relationships have been cultivated from TMC

What sets you apart from other gyms?

We are in it with you, every owner and teacher at TMC is also practicing movement, we have dedicated many years to this craft and are so excited to share our knowledge with you.

How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?

To be honest I love to move everyday! But a good goal is 3-5 sessions per week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. Reach out if you need support
