We all need to stay strong, mobile and adaptable as we age. This class is programmed around full body movement sessions. Giving you the stimulus your mind and body needs to stay vibrant fit and healthy.

Sessions are Monday,Wednesday and Friday 7am -8am

Suitable for all levels and anyone over 50

Below are some programming outcomes and goals.:

Mobility:

  • Resting squat, forward fold (touch toes), hip flexors, butterfly, sitting cross legged, good morning ,spinal flexion, extension, rotation, lateral flexion

Strength:

  • Push up, ring row, core strength, step up, step down, hanging, squat, hip hinge, grip strength

Skills:

  • Standing to floor, moving on floor, , crawling/ locomotion, juggling , balance , partnering games/connection, longevity, foot eye coordination, hand eye coordination, bouncing, spinal fluidity.

Qualities:

  • Bone density, grip strength, full body strength, memory, awareness, adaptability, self belief, confidence, joy, playfulness.

How do I get started?
How long does it take to see results?

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly even in the first week.  But its important to remember that good things take time.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. Our Community is thriving with Fun workouts each day, open gym play sessions and activities organised outside the gym. Many incredible relationships have been cultivated from TMC

What sets you apart from other gyms?

We are in it with you, every owner and teacher at TMC is also practicing movement, we have dedicated many years to this craft and are so excited to share our knowledge with you.

How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?

To be honest I love to move everyday! But a good goal is 3-5 sessions per week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. Reach out if you need support
