Our Elements Classes focus on a wide variety of movements allowing you to build the most strong, mobile and skilful body.

We wont be focuing obn higher levelskill and performance like the movement classes, think of this one as the building blocks for a strong and capable body.

We currently have 3 Elements classes on the schedule each running for 1 hr.

Programming is run is 6 week training block, you can start training any time in the 6 weeks

See below for programming outcomes and goals:

Mobility:

  • Forward fold (touch toes), open hips, resting squat, hip flexors , butterfly, good morning ,spine extension, spinal rotation.

Strength:

  • Push up, full ring row ,chin up, hollow body hold, step up,  hanging, squat variations, deadlift, good  morning.

Skills:

  • crawling/ locomotion, gymnastics rings basics , juggling, balance, group/partnering games, throwing and catching.

Qualities:

  • Adaptability, coordination, strength, resilience, perseverance, patience, focus, awareness, creativity, self belief, problem solving, fluidity, expression, freedom, confidence, joy, playfulness.

How do I get started?
How long does it take to see results?

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly even in the first week.  But its important to remember that good things take time.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. Our Community is thriving with Fun workouts each day, open gym play sessions and activities organised outside the gym. Many incredible relationships have been cultivated from TMC

What sets you apart from other gyms?

We are in it with you, every owner and teacher at TMC is also practicing movement, we have dedicated many years to this craft and are so excited to share our knowledge with you.

How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?

To be honest I love to move everyday! But a good goal is 3-5 sessions per week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. Reach out if you need support
