Renegade Rings

Renegade Rings

"Renegade Rings" is a workshop for people who want to train to look AND feel strong, but find generic gym training boring and repetitive.

If you feel like you need to train to feel sane...

but you often find yourself overthinking your training, working around niggling aches and pains or wondering if you could be getting more results if you had a bit more personalised structure...

this workshop is for you.

Renegade Rings is all about training for strength, badass skills and functional muscle without sacrificing your mental health or longevity.

Equal parts strength science, skill training & shit talk, over 2 hours you'll learn how to:

Build the strength and skill of a gymnast using rings (without all the rules and regulations)

Structure your training sessions to be both fun, challenging and extremely effective (without taking 2 hours)

Technical cues & tips to instantly improve your strength

Use weighted calisthenics to build functional muscle (even if you don't think you're ready yet)

Prepare your joints for resilience against injury (without wasting hours of boring "prehab")

Experience breakthroughs, learn new tricks and show yourself you're capable of more

This is not a beginner workshop though: a foundation of strength is required to get the most out of rings skill training.

Recommended minimum level is 1 chinup & 10 pushups.

I have free guides for you if you wanna work up to these levels so if you'd like those, or if you have any questions, email me: fernandez@whytbelt.com

See you there xo
