Whether you’re just starting out or have been moving for years, our programming and community can help you to look, feel and perform your best.
Movement
is for
Everyone
The Why:
We learn by moving and move by learning.
Our mind and body work together for a healthy life. We want to look good, feel good, and move well for a long time.
The How:
Our program is fun and flexible. It suits any skill level and goal. You can improve your strength, mobility, and skills in one hour. We offer 21 sessions and classes weekly, plus free member workshops, catch-ups, and open gym to help you look, feel & perform your best.
Calisthenic Strength
By using your own body weight as resistance, you can develop practical strength, endurance, and mobility.
Calisthenics often requires no equipment but does require technique and discipline. We’ll show you how to utilise push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, handstands and the many variations they come in.
Flexibility / Mobility
Mobility training is the practice of making your joints and muscles flexible, strong, and smooth.
Greater mobility is useful for everyone, as it aids you to work out harder, recover faster, and avoid injury.
Our Movement sessions always include a combination of stretching patterns and drills to ensure you’re strong and flexible at any range.
Skill-Based Workouts
Handstands, Soft-Acrobatics, Muscle-Ups, Round off Cartwheels, Press and Human Flag - just to name a few of the skills we work towards at TMC…
Working out can sometimes become stale and repetitive.
Skill-based training encourages constant progression, achievement and is a tonne of fun along the way.
With skill-based workouts, there’s always a new mountain to climb.
Just a few of the other things you can expect…
