Living the Dream

I feel Flat, Stuck, Frustrated and Worthless and just generally feel like sh#t when I am not living my purpose and following my dreams.

Lately, I have been spending as much time as possible doing the things I love - Because of this I feel unstoppable, increased energy levels and very optimistic.

It seems like a no-brainer to do the things we love

But I am so often pulled into doing things I don’t want to do.I wear many hats running The Movement Collective and can get lost in the chaos, these things are taking my energy away from the things that actually matter to me. If I am not conscious of this happening it can become a downward spiral.

I have created something very unique and beautiful with TMC that has enabled me to blur the lines with work and play

I have narrowed down the 2 areas of the business/life I want to focus on to better serve our mission and create the most meaningful life I can live

It's simply 2 things

Movement: Practicing, researching, playing/ experimenting

Teaching/Sharing: Teaching classes, teacher training, workshops retreats, developing online courses and training.

I have decided that if I can only work on these 2 areas I will be living the dream ! My dream

This was a great practice for me to realize what it is I really want to do and also to understand the things that are not serving me.

I am in the process right now of writing the list and seeing where I can create time in my day to fill it with the things that light me up and remove the things that don’t.

Below is a video about Ikigai that could be helpful for you to find your meaning and bring more joy into your life.

Hope this lands for you and if you have questions hit reply, I would love to have a chat
