Time and motivation barriers

We get it – life can be a juggling act, and finding time for movement can sometimes seem challenging. There will be times in your life when finding time and motivation to move will be easy and there will be times when it's much harder. If you can find a way to maintain your movement practice even through the hard times, then you will be gaining benefits that surpass the physical.

There have been plenty of times when she has struggled to get out of the house but she said at the end of the day; if you really love something you will find a way to make it work.
